Realname or nickname?

Reviewers: when writing reviews do you want your realname displayed or the nickname?

Or should this be configurable or even selectable for every single review?

ich waere fuer Nickname - oder natuerlich so, dass man’s
umschalten koennen - aber ich finde gerade bei foren die
nicknames besser…

Well I’m talking about reviews here.

Now we display realnames on the review-pages (resp. Alan Smithee for anonymous users). We can display nicknames or make it configurable to select per user or per review…

What do you think?

I think this should be up to the poster him-/herself?! If someone feels like using his nickname rather than his real name - well, it’s his personal choice; although I’d prefer to use my real name (Dominic, not todaystomorrow g) when writing a review.
Todi, what do you think about it? Why did you come up with this question in the first place?

Regards, Dominic

Ummmmm … guess I should’ve logged in first

By the way - wouldn’t it be better to exclude “anonymous” postings from being published in the forum?
Just a thought …
